What livery means here
Every booking on this site is one of these four. The airport transfer is a fixed fare. The other three are the same chauffeur and the same vehicle, sold by the hour, by the day or under your own brand.

The fleet
A livery fleet is judged at the curb. Ours is current-generation, detailed between every job and entirely black, because a guest who booked a black car should never have to look twice. Each class is listed with the number of people it seats comfortably and the number of bags it actually holds, which is the figure that decides whether a family of four needs the Escalade ESV or the sedan.
Operating standards
What the booker shows is what the card is charged. Tolls, airport fees, parking at the pickup and the standard gratuity are inside the number, not stapled to the invoice.
Every sedan, SUV, Sprinter and limousine on this site is a current-generation vehicle, detailed between jobs and replaced before it is old enough to look tired.
Licensed under the City of Toronto vehicle-for-hire bylaw, commercially insured, background-checked, uniformed and trained by us. No app drivers, no subcontracting inside Ontario.
Airport waiting is counted from the aircraft touching down, not from the time on the booking. A three-hour delay costs you nothing and costs us a chauffeur's afternoon.
The reservation line is staffed around the clock by people who can see the dispatch board, not by a voicemail that promises a callback in the morning.
No client names on the name board unless requested, no logos on the vehicles, and confidentiality paperwork signed by any chauffeur who needs to.

An executive assistant with forty trips a month, a hotel concierge with a guest at the desk and a destination management company with a delegation landing on Thursday all need the same thing: a car that turns up in their name, on one invoice, without a phone call. That is a livery account. Traveller profiles, cost centres, a coordinator who knows the whole week and a statement that drops into the expense system are standard.

The chauffeur's departure time is recalculated from the airline's own arrival estimate, so an early landing does not find the car still on the 401.
Name, photo, phone number and licence plate arrive on your phone before the pickup, with a live map link once the car is moving.

Before you book
Livery is the trade term for a licensed, pre-arranged chauffeured vehicle, as distinct from a taxi hailed on the street or a rideshare summoned through an app. A black car livery service is one whose vehicles are black, unmarked, commercially insured and driven by employed chauffeurs, and whose fares are agreed before the journey rather than metered during it. That is what every page on this site describes.
Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedans, Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV SUVs, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans in executive and shuttle layouts, and stretch limousines. All are black, all are current-generation vehicles. Mini coaches and full-size motor coaches are supplied through partner operators when a group outgrows two Sprinters.
Airport and point-to-point transfers inside the Greater Toronto Area can usually be confirmed the same day, subject to vehicle availability. Hourly bookings, Niagara day trips and anything involving a Sprinter or stretch limousine are best reserved at least 48 hours ahead. Weddings, proms, holiday weekends and the FIFA World Cup 2026 match days sell out weeks in advance and should be booked as soon as the date is fixed.
Sixty minutes after a domestic arrival and ninety minutes after an international one are included, measured from the aircraft landing rather than from the scheduled time. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute steps at the hourly rate for the vehicle class. Give us the flight number and delays simply move the chauffeur.
Terminal 1 arrivals are met at the exit from the customs hall on Level 1, Terminal 3 at the arrivals level by the Tim Hortons, unless you ask for a curbside pickup, in which case the chauffeur calls once you have your bags and meets you at the departures-level limo zone. The confirmation email names the exact spot.
Transfers are quoted as a fixed all-in fare for the journey. Traffic, weather and road closures are our problem, not a surcharge. Hourly bookings are billed for the hours reserved plus any extension you ask for on the day, at the same hourly rate.
Three hours for sedans and SUVs, five hours for stretch limousines and Sprinters. Travel time from the garage to the first pickup and back from the last drop is charged for the stretch and Sprinter classes only, and is shown on the quote before you confirm.
Yes. The private chauffeur service assigns one chauffeur and one vehicle to you for a day, a week or a season. Daily and weekly rates are lower per hour than the standard hourly rate, and the same chauffeur is kept on your booking wherever possible.
