Hourly & as-directed
Hourly limo service: the car stays until you say
As-directed hire from a three-hour minimum. Add a stop, change the order, run late at dinner; the chauffeur waits and the hourly rate does not move. Sedans and SUVs from three hours, stretch limousines and Sprinters from five.
Why by the hour
A transfer takes you to one place. An hourly booking takes you to the day.
A fixed-fare transfer is the right product for the airport and the wrong one for a Saturday that starts at a showroom, moves to lunch, detours to a friend's house and ends at a restaurant whose kitchen closes late. Booked as four transfers it costs more, involves four chauffeurs and leaves you standing on a curb between each one. Booked as an eight-hour block it costs less, keeps one chauffeur who already knows where your bags are, and lets you change your mind.
The clock starts at the first pickup and stops at the last drop. Waiting is not charged separately, because waiting is the point. If the day runs longer than booked, the same rate applies in fifteen-minute steps and the chauffeur simply carries on.
Typical hourly days
Eight ways clients use the hourly clock
Roadshows and meeting circuits
Five offices between Bay Street and Mississauga in a day. The Escalade holds the team and the pitch books, and a chauffeur who knows the loading zones saves twenty minutes a stop.
Shopping in Yorkville
Bloor Street to Yorkdale to the Distillery District with the bags in the car and no parking to find. The chauffeur is a text away when the last store closes.
City tours
CN Tower, Casa Loma, the waterfront, Kensington, the Beaches. A four-hour block sees more of the city than a bus tour and stops wherever a guest wants a photograph.
Brewery and distillery loops
Toronto's craft breweries, Prince Edward County's wineries and the Distillery District, with a sober chauffeur and a Sprinter big enough for a case or two in the back.
Dinner and theatre
Pickup at home, drop at the restaurant, collect after the show, home again. Four hours covers it and nobody watches an app to see whether a car is coming.
Casino nights
Casino Woodbine, Great Blue Heron, Fallsview in Niagara or Casino Niagara. The car waits in the limo zone for as long as the tables are kind.
Hospital and clinic days
Appointments that run long, family who need to be collected, a pharmacy on the way home. A chauffeur who waits removes the hardest part of a difficult day.
Photography and film days
Location scouts, crew moves and talent runs between set, hotel and airport. Billed by the hour to the production, with call-sheet timing.

Waiting time, route changes, an extra passenger who fits the vehicle, a detour for coffee, or a second pickup on the way.
Quoted by a person
Hourly bookings over eight hours, multi-day hire and anything with two vehicles are priced by a coordinator, usually within the hour. See private chauffeur service for daily and weekly rates.
Sample day
A Saturday in Toronto, booked as six hours
- 10:00 Pickup in Oakville in an Escalade ESV; coffee already in the cupholders.
- 10:45 Yorkville. The chauffeur idles on Cumberland while the party shops; bags go straight into the boot.

- 15:45 Detour to a friend's condo on the waterfront to collect two more guests. Still fits, still no charge.

Hourly questions
Before you book by the hour
What is the hourly minimum?
Three hours for sedans and SUVs, five hours for stretch limousines and Sprinters. Travel time from the garage to the first pickup and back from the last drop is charged for the stretch and Sprinter classes only, and is shown on the quote before you confirm.
Are gratuities included?
A standard gratuity is built into every quote so the chauffeur is never left waiting on a tip and you are never left calculating one. Anything extra you choose to give is entirely at your discretion and goes to the chauffeur in full.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, in any vehicle. A detailing charge applies if it happens.
Can I bring alcohol in the vehicle?
Open alcohol is permitted in the stretch limousine and in Sprinters with a partition, for passengers of legal age, under Ontario's rules for licensed limousines. It is not permitted in sedans or SUVs.
Can the hourly booking cross into the United States?
Yes, for Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY and Detroit day trips. Border time counts as hours on the clock, and passengers carry their own documents. Tell the desk at booking so the chauffeur brings the vehicle's commercial paperwork.
