Airport pickups are met inside with a name board and the waiting window runs from touchdown. Address pickups get a text when the car is outside.

When to call rather than book online
The booker handles transfers and hourly bookings for one vehicle. Weddings, proms, anything with two or more vehicles, multi-day private chauffeur hire, New York and other long intercity runs, and affiliate cities outside the Toronto area are quoted by a coordinator, usually within the hour during the day.

Before you pay
Is the fare fixed, or does it change with traffic?
Transfers are quoted as a fixed all-in fare for the journey. Traffic, weather and road closures are our problem, not a surcharge. Hourly bookings are billed for the hours reserved plus any extension you ask for on the day, at the same hourly rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sedan and SUV transfers cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Sprinter, stretch limousine and hourly bookings need 72 hours. Weddings, proms, holidays and major events are confirmed with a deposit that becomes non-refundable 30 days before the date. The full schedule is on the cancellation policy page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express through the online booker, corporate accounts on monthly invoice, and e-transfer for deposits on event bookings. Cash is accepted for gratuities only.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Airport and point-to-point transfers inside the Greater Toronto Area can usually be confirmed the same day, subject to vehicle availability. Hourly bookings, Niagara day trips and anything involving a Sprinter or stretch limousine are best reserved at least 48 hours ahead. Weddings, proms, holiday weekends and the FIFA World Cup 2026 match days sell out weeks in advance and should be booked as soon as the date is fixed.
