Airport limo
Airport limo service that is already inside when you land
Give us the flight number and the rest is ours: the chauffeur leaves when the airline says the aircraft will land, not when the schedule said it would, waits inside arrivals with a name board, and the fare you paid is the fare you pay.

Five airports our own chauffeurs drive every day
Pearson handled 47.3 million passengers in 2025, Billy Bishop 1.7 million, and Buffalo has become the budget alternative for anyone willing to cross the Peace Bridge. Each one has its own pickup rules; the confirmation email names the exact meeting point for the terminal you land at.
Toronto Pearson International
Terminal 1: the chauffeur stands at the exit from the international or domestic customs hall on the arrivals level. Terminal 3: by the arrivals-level information desk. Curbside pickups use the departures-level limo zones once you have your bags. Downtown in 30 to 55 minutes depending on the hour and the 427.
Billy Bishop Toronto City
The island airport used by Porter and Air Canada. The chauffeur meets you at the mainland side of the pedestrian tunnel on Eireann Quay, ten minutes from the financial district. No customs hall wait for domestic arrivals, so the free waiting window is rarely needed.
Buffalo Niagara International
Ninety minutes from downtown Toronto via the QEW and the Peace Bridge or Lewiston-Queenston crossing. Passengers carry their own documents; the chauffeur carries the vehicle's commercial paperwork and knows which bridge is quicker that hour. Fares include the crossing.
John C. Munro Hamilton
Low-cost carriers and cargo. A single small terminal where the chauffeur waits at the arrivals door; forty-five minutes to Burlington and Oakville, just over an hour to downtown Toronto.
Region of Waterloo International
Flair and seasonal charters. Meet-and-greet at the terminal doors, and a fixed fare to Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and the Toronto suburbs on the 401.
Private aviation, Pearson north ramp
Skyservice and Signature terminals on the north side of Pearson have their own gates, their own etiquette and their own page here.
How the pickup works
Tracked, met, and never charged for the airline's delay
- At booking You give us the flight number. The booker prices the fare from the terminal, not from a guess at the airport.
- The day before The chauffeur's name, photo, phone and plate are texted to you. Nothing needs downloading.
- On the day Dispatch watches the airline feed. An early landing brings the chauffeur forward; a delay holds them back. Your phone gets a message when the car is on the way.
- In arrivals A name board, or the company name you asked for instead. Sixty minutes of waiting after a domestic landing and ninety after an international one are inside the fare.
- At the curb The chauffeur handles the bags. Tolls on the 407 and airport fees are already in the figure you paid. There is nothing to add.
Fixed fares from Pearson
Where the fare is going before you land
Every Pearson fare is a single figure for the vehicle, not per person. The booker at the top of the page prices any address; these routes are the ones asked for most.

Which vehicle
Count the bags before you count the people
A Mercedes-Benz S-Class carries three passengers and three checked bags, which is one couple returning from two weeks away or three colleagues with carry-ons. Four people with luggage need the Cadillac Escalade; a family returning from a resort with a stroller needs the ESV. Groups of seven to twelve travel together in a Sprinter with room for every case behind the last row. The booker shows the seat and bag count next to each option.

Airport questions
Asked before almost every airport booking
How long will the chauffeur wait at the airport?
Sixty minutes after a domestic arrival and ninety minutes after an international one are included, measured from the aircraft landing rather than from the scheduled time. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute steps at the hourly rate for the vehicle class. Give us the flight number and delays simply move the chauffeur.
Where will I find the chauffeur at Pearson?
Terminal 1 arrivals are met at the exit from the customs hall on Level 1, Terminal 3 at the arrivals level by the Tim Hortons, unless you ask for a curbside pickup, in which case the chauffeur calls once you have your bags and meets you at the departures-level limo zone. The confirmation email names the exact spot.
Is the fare fixed, or does it change with traffic?
Transfers are quoted as a fixed all-in fare for the journey. Traffic, weather and road closures are our problem, not a surcharge. Hourly bookings are billed for the hours reserved plus any extension you ask for on the day, at the same hourly rate.
Do you provide child seats?
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing toddler seats and boosters are available in the SUVs and Sprinters at no charge when requested at booking. Ontario law requires them for children under eight, and the chauffeur will not depart without one fitted.
Do you run cross-border trips into the United States?
Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY, Detroit and New York State are regular routes. Passengers need their own travel documents; the chauffeur carries the vehicle's commercial documentation and knows which crossing is quicker at that hour.
Should I take the UP Express instead?
The train is 28 minutes platform to platform between Pearson and Union Station and is a good choice for one person with a carry-on heading to a downtown hotel near Front Street. A black car is door to door, carries the luggage, and costs about the same for three people as the train does. Most of our Pearson clients are groups of two or more, or are going somewhere that is not Union Station.
