Weddings, prom & nights out
Weddings, proms, birthdays and the nights that run late
Occasion transport is the one kind of booking where the car is part of the memory. It is also the one kind where a late vehicle ruins the day, so every wedding and prom is rehearsed against the timeline before the date, and confirmed with a deposit and a coordinator.
Weddings
The bridal car, the family cars and the guests who should not drive
Couples spend around $1,075 on wedding transport in 2026 and between $1,500 and $2,500 once guest shuttles are added. The money buys three things: a bridal car that arrives early and photographs well, family vehicles that get parents and grandparents from the ceremony to the reception without a parking search, and guest Sprinters that mean nobody has to decide who is driving home.
We build the vehicle schedule from your timeline, put a buffer on every leg the timeline cannot afford to lose, and keep a coordinator on the phone from the first pickup to the last drop. The bridal car is a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or a stretch limousine, decorated with ribbon in your colours if you want it; the family cars are Escalades; the guest loop runs in Sprinters between the hotel block and the venue.
Book six to nine months ahead for a peak-season Saturday. Pickup times go on your wedding website two weeks out.
Prom and graduation
Prom transport, briefed to the parents
A prom booking is made by a parent and delivered to a group of teenagers, so the rules are written for both. The passenger list is fixed at booking and the chauffeur boards only those names. The route is fixed: home pickups, the venue, the after-party address if there is one, home. No unscheduled stops, no additional passengers, no alcohol in the vehicle regardless of age. Every pickup and drop is reported to the booking parent by text as it happens.
Parents are welcome to see the actual vehicle beforehand. Chauffeurs are background-checked employees who carry the licence class the vehicle requires, and the vehicle carries commercial insurance under the Toronto vehicle-for-hire bylaw. A named coordinator is reachable all night.
Groups of eight to twelve fit a Sprinter with room to board in a gown; smaller groups take an Escalade or the stretch limousine. Prom dates in May and June sell out by March.
The rest of the calendar
Nights out, milestones and everything in between
Birthdays
A stretch limousine for the party, or an Escalade to dinner and back on the hourly clock. Cake stays upright.
Anniversaries and proposals
An S-Class to the restaurant, the CN Tower or Niagara at dusk, with a chauffeur who knows the plan and keeps quiet about it.
Theatre and concerts
Mirvish, Massey Hall, Roy Thomson Hall, Scotiabank Arena. Pickup at the door when the show ends, not twenty minutes later.
Casino nights
Woodbine, Great Blue Heron, Fallsview. The car waits as long as the tables do.
Wine and brewery tours
Niagara, Prince Edward County and the city's breweries by Sprinter with a sober chauffeur and room for cases.
Holidays
Christmas parties, New Year's Eve and Diwali dinners. New Year's Eve is booked by early December and priced as a five-hour minimum.
Stags and hens
Sprinters and stretch limousines for the night, with a fixed route and a chauffeur who has seen it all before.
Funerals
Quiet black cars for family and clergy, coordinated with the funeral home, on the services page.
How occasions are booked
Deposit, run-of-show, coordinator
1. The date is held with a deposit
Weddings, proms, New Year's Eve and World Cup days are confirmed with a deposit that becomes non-refundable 30 days before the date. Vehicles are taken off the general board the moment it is paid.
2. The timeline becomes a vehicle schedule
Two weeks out, the coordinator turns your ceremony, reception and after-party timings into a vehicle-by-vehicle schedule with buffers, and sends it back for approval.
3. One phone number on the day
The coordinator is on the phone for the duration. The bridal car chauffeur, the family car chauffeur and the Sprinter chauffeur all report to that one number.

Book
A night out books online; a wedding or prom books with a person
Use the hourly option for dinners, theatre and casino evenings. For weddings, proms and multi-vehicle bookings, send the date and the outline through the contact page and a coordinator replies with a schedule and a quote.
Weddings, proms, multi-day chauffeur hire and anything with more than one vehicle are quoted by a person: call (877) 860-3388 or send the outline and a coordinator replies with a written quote.
