Every venue in Toronto has its own curb rule and its own hour of chaos after the final whistle. We plan around both: a fixed pickup point the chauffeur can legally hold, and a fixed pickup time far enough after the end that you are not walking to find a car in the crowd.

Arrival is easy anywhere. Departure is where a black car earns its fare, so each venue below lists the pickup point we use and the buffer we build in.

FIFA World Cup 2026
Six matches at BMO Field, and a city that will be full
Toronto hosts group-stage matches on June 12, 17, 20, 23 and 26, and a round-of-32 match on July 2, at a stadium expanded to a published tournament capacity of 44,315. Exhibition Place will run on a security perimeter with Lake Shore Boulevard closures that change by fixture, and every hotel from the airport strip to the waterfront will be sold out.
Our approach is the hourly clock: the car takes you to the perimeter drop, waits through the match at a staging point outside it, and collects you at an agreed spot when the crowd has thinned. Sprinters carry groups of ten and twelve; Escalades carry families. Match-day bookings are confirmed with a deposit and sell out early. Visiting supporters can book the airport transfer, the hotel and the match car on one itinerary through the travel desk.

Toronto International Film Festival
September 10 to 20 in 2026. Red-carpet drops on King Street, hotel loops for delegations and a ten-day private chauffeur booking for talent and executives.
FIFA World Cup 2026
Six matches at BMO Field between June 12 and July 2. Hourly bookings with a deposit, groups in Sprinters, airport transfers for visiting supporters.
Canadian International AutoShow
Ten days at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre with dealer delegations, press days and executive movements between Pearson and Front Street.
PDAC Convention
The mining industry's week in Toronto: delegations of twenty, investor meetings across the Financial District, and dinners that run late.
Collision and the tech conferences
Enercare Centre delegates on Sprinter loops, speaker cars from the hotels and founder dinners on the hourly clock.
Canadian National Exhibition
Eighteen days at Exhibition Place, the air show weekend, and family SUVs to and from the gates when the lots are full.
Sports and concert nights
How a game night is booked
- Book Choose the hourly option for the evening, or a pair of transfers with the pickup time set 30 to 45 minutes after the scheduled end.
- Confirm The confirmation names the drop point and the pickup point for that venue, and the chauffeur's details arrive the day before.
- Arrive Drop at the door. The chauffeur moves to a staging point outside the closure area.
- Leave Text the chauffeur as the encore starts or the buzzer goes. The car is at the agreed point as you reach it; overtime rolls at the hourly rate if the night goes on.
